HySPERA's powertrain is built around a proton exchange membrane fuel cell delivering 110 kW continuous output, paired with a 2.3 kWh lithium-ion buffer battery. The battery handles transient load demands and recuperates braking energy while the fuel cell maintains steady-state output.

The hydrogen storage system uses a single Type IV carbon fibre overwound pressure vessel, rated to 700 bar, storing 7.5 kg of hydrogen in 150 litres. Simulation-validated for structural integrity across cyclic fill conditions and a wide thermal range.

A permanent magnet synchronous motor delivering 100 kW and 300 Nm of torque drives the rear wheels. Full torque from zero speed. No gearbox required.

Refuelled in 3 to 5 minutes. Target range of 600 km and above. Near-silent. Zero tailpipe emissions.

HySPERA is building India's first premium hydrogen fuel cell passenger car. Founded by a researcher who believes hydrogen is not a distant promise. It is the right answer for long-distance mobility in a country that cannot afford range anxiety or overnight charging.

We are not a component company. We are not a concept studio. We are building the full vehicle. From tank to powertrain to cabin.

India's geography demands range. India's infrastructure cannot wait for overnight charging networks to cover 3.3 million square kilometres. Hydrogen, with its fast refuel and long range, is the answer that fits the problem.
